Alex Lembeck is a personal trainer and a being of LOVE. Although love seems to be this rather elusive thing that we do our best to capture with words, it is much deeper than that. It’s a force that moves us. It’s this very force that brought us together at Electric Forest and the same force that we discuss in this conversation. Alex and I sit down and discuss how removing the “barriers” we hold within to love can allow us to experience, what many great sages, mystics, and teachers have described as, universal oneness.
