Megan Robitaille is a trauma-informed fitness, wellness, and Life Coach.

Focusing on the physiology of emotional patterns, addictive behaviors, and long-term life transformation, she aims to “tangibilize” our understanding of mental health by educating clients on the science of their bodies as they implement tools and daily practices.

Her signature program, Mind/Body Breakthrough, fuses our understanding of “physical” and “mental” health with educational platforms, customized fitness/nutrition programming, and 1-1 sessions for implementing NLP, trauma-release, and linguistic work.
